Cooperation Schema

The cooperation schema refers to the relations between test-bed activity (technical work packages) and test-bed supporting actions (content provision, studies and awareness programme). This document was initially provided in month 3 and is developed throughout the project (ongoing deliverable). This interim report of the Cooperation Schema specifies basic assumptions of cooperation within DRIVER in terms of DRIVER internal communication and presents performance of cooperation within the 1st reporting period. It is concluded that the cooperation schema is operational and that the work between test-bed activity and test-bed supporting actions is concerted. Cooperation between the work packages is proactively pursued and based on cooperation within the work packages. Complexity of processes can be managed with conventional coordinative measures such as mailings, phone conferences, meetings and bulletins.
